“I recently attended a class (January 28th) for a curtain masterclass. Siobhan was the tutor. Suffice to say I learned exactly what I needed to learn, Siobhan was excellent. Very clear, helpful and patient! We had a nice chat over lunch, discussing all manner of sewing related and craft things. I’m only sorry I don’t have more free time to attend other classes. But if there was a sewing problem I needed help with you would be my first port of call.”

“Took the beginners class with my sister and we both really enjoyed it. The class was took by Ellie who was great and very patient. It was a small group which made it easier for more one on one help. We all worked at own pace and weren’t rushed or waiting about for the next instructions. My sister knew more than I did but we both still learned a lot and had a great time.”

“Your sewing classes were super-accessible, not intimidating at all and so much fun. I learned more that I expected, and I’m now confident enough to design my own projects. Hurrah!”

“ I attended the Beginners Class in Dundee recently, after not sewing for a number of years. Jenny is super relaxed & friendly, and, luckily for me, has bags of patience. I re-learned lots of skills, and I’ve been able to come home with a super grounding in the basics to allow me to tackle more elaborate projects.

Would highly recommend to everyone (and do!!)”

“The best thing about Jenny’s classes is the chat….no, that’s not entirely true, the best thing about Jenny’s classes is coming away with something each week that I made myself. Jenny’s enthusiasm makes it great fun, and makes it seem easy. I had to be restrained from taking my cushion to work, but I did make my neighbour, the plumber and my boyfriend admire it within 24 hours of completing it, and I’m still lost in admiration every time I see it. And the chat is pretty good too”

- Catherine Ryan

“Great class, fab teacher, easy to understand instructions and really fun! Great way to spend a Sunday learning a new skill in a non-intimidating and totally encouraging environment. Jenny is young and fun and injects this into how she teaches the nearly forgotten skill of using a sewing machine. I have got the sewing bug now!”
